Conference Accommodations

INMED has arranged a limited number of rooms at a special rate for the INMED Conference at the following hotels, located between 1 - 2.5 miles from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. When calling to make a reservation, mention you are attending the Institute for International Medicine's "INMED Exploring Medical Missions Conference."

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Accommodations within walking distance of the conference are available at the Oak Street Residence Hall at the University of Missouri - Kansas City for discounted rates. Please note that this is not a hotel and will be a self-service experience. The check-in and checkout times are not flexible, so if you are unable to comply with them, please make reservations elsewhere. No meals will be provided. LINENS-One set of linens is provided for the entire stay for each participant. One set of linens consists of two (2) flat sheets, one (1) blanket, one (1) pillow, one (1) pillowcase, two (2) towels, and one (1) washcloth. Bathmats are NOT included in the linen packet. Standard Check-in Time: 5:00-7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Standard Checkout Time: 7:00-9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. *Please note that the Check-in and Checkout times are not negotiable unless special arrangements are made. **Any accommodation reservations that are made in the Residence Halls are not eligible for a refund if reservations are cancelled.
