Participants will receive admission to the Course, access to presentation material, certificate of attendance, appropriate continuing education documents, and one copy of the book INMED International Medicine. Please note that accommodations and meals are not included.
The INMED International Medicine book will be mailed to course participants on May 1, 2011. A $50 processing fee will be required for cancellations received in writing by April 30, 2011. No refunds will be issued after April 30, 2011. For group rates, contact Skylar Rolf at office@inmed.us or call 816-444-6400. INMED reserves the right to cancel individual sessions or the entire course. In the event of a course cancellation, a full tuition refund will be made.
