Hello everyone,

My name is Maliha. I am a resident physician in Family Medicine and I am taking this course to further my knowledge on international medicine. As a medical student, I spent a month in Kenya doing an internal medicine rotation and that is where my interest in global health came from. To be honest, I am still figuring out how my interest in global health will apply to my future practice but currently I am pursing opportunities to gain additional skills including this course and electives on point of care ultrasound etc. I also have a Maters of Public Health degree with emphasis in quality improvement.
