INMED solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent in supporting its mission, core programs, and special projects.
INMED reserves the right to use the donor’s contribution wherever most needed, thus allowing INMED to strengthen the long-term health systems that are vital to vulnerable people around the world. INMED commits to spend the donation in the most productive, efficient way possible.
Funds donated on behalf of a named INMED Service-Learning Student that exceed the amount that is required to cover their service-learning expenses (except tuition and travel insurance) are not dispersed to the INMED Student. Because the initial gifts were charitable donations, any remaining funds need to remain as charitable funds and cannot be provided to an individual without the necessary receipts.
INMED will make every effort to retain the anonymity of those donors who desire to remain anonymous and will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
Finally, no refunds will be issued for donations received by INMED.
